At Anothersole, we want you to love every step in your new shoes. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoebox is protected with an outer mailing bag.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new pair within 5-7 business days.
